I was recently introduced to the musical group Wilco (the perks of having friends with great musical taste). I tired to find a good recording on their song “Walken” on youtube and this is the best I could come up with. You really gotta check it out on itunes. I love it. The song is really quite catchy (and romantic).

I used to take life too seriously. The first step to overcoming it was acknowledging it. (I am currently on step 8 of the 12 step program). Sometimes I break down but today I’m remembering that life’s a ride and so far, I can’t really complain.

The Ting Tings became one of my favorite bands when I first heard them during the Victoria’s Secret fashion show (yes… I watched that). Let me know what you think of this song. It’s called, “Shut Up and Let Me Go.” I heard that it isn’t actually about a guy at all, but is about an old record label…
